Build, deploy and own the software your business relies on.

Phlo compresses software build time. At least 3x faster than top tier IT services firms.

Our AI compresses the development timeline while humans understand your business and its exceptions, map your processes, and design the solution.

Vertical integration

An expanding enterprise, running on software it does not own.

Businesses expand by taking on the work their suppliers and their customers were doing. Capability after capability moves inside. The systems that run all of it never do.

Capabilities of one business, brought inside over time

Every one of them came inside because control mattered more than convenience. The largest block on the map is the one that never did.

Owned, against bought or rented

Just a year ago, building it took a year and an army. Not any more.

When the capability is yours, three things change:

Control.

What gets built, and when, is your decision. Not a vendor roadmap, not a change request queue, not whatever the contract happens to cover.

Speed.

The process changes on Tuesday. So does the system. No scoping call, no estimate, no waiting for a release window.

Continuity.

The people who run the operation are the people improving the system. Nobody walks out with the knowledge when an engagement ends.

The sequence

Vertically integrating software into your business, with

We build the first system with you on Phlo. What happens after that is your choice.

01 First

Phlo Enterprise Systems

We build the first system with you, from discovery on your floor to go-live. It leaves behind a model of how your operation runs, and everything after is built on that.

  • Your operation mapped on site, not from a process document
  • The ontology written down: entities, events, exceptions
  • Built on Phlo and live in weeks

02 Then

Phlo Framework

The framework becomes available to you. Your own engineers and product people can build the next system on it, or we can carry on building for you. Both stay open.

  • Your teams building on the framework directly, if that is what you want
  • Or the same engagement again, for the next process or the next site
  • Either way, the foundation from the first build carries forward

The first build is not a pilot. It is where your operation gets described, and that description is what every system after it is built from. Who builds those is up to you.

Phlo compared with a traditional build

Building Enterprise Systems on Phlo

The first build is fast because most of it is already written.

Phlo is Jetbro's own framework, built in house and running in live systems. What gets designed for you is your operation. What holds it up already exists, and it is the same framework your own engineers work on later.

Already writtenThe foundations exist before your project starts.

The event log, roles and permissions, approval chains and reporting are running in live systems. Starting at zero is the single biggest reason a traditional build takes quarters, and this is the same foundation your own team inherits if you take the second stage.

AI writes, people decideAI writes the code, inside guard rails we built.

Our AI is trained on the framework itself, so it builds the way our engineers build rather than the way a general-purpose model guesses. Mapping, design and every product decision stay with people.

The specification is the buildNot a document about the build. The build.

Every screen, action and data field is agreed with you before a line of code is written. That is where your operation gets described, and it is what removes the change-request cycle that stretches a traditional project.

Where the time goesLess time on foundations. More time on your floor.

The timeline does not shrink because anything was rushed: one band disappears, because the foundations already exist. The time saved goes on site with your team, learning where the exceptions are.

How we work, step by step

A system of events

Most software records what is. Phlo records what happened.

Most software keeps one row per thing and one value per field, and writes over it when something changes. Phlo adds an event instead, never overwrites, and works out the current state by replaying what happened.

What most systems store

TN-38-AB-1234  ·  Biomass inward

Net weight23,450 kg

One field, holding one number. It was corrected at 11:40. The earlier figure, who changed it, and why, are not stored anywhere.

What Phlo stores

  1. 06:14Truck arrived at gate
  2. 06:31Weighed in31,200 kg
  3. 09:02Unloading complete
  4. 09:18Weighed out7,720 kg
  5. 09:18Net weight derived23,480 kg
  6. 11:40Net weight correctedMoisture adjustment · R. Kumar23,450 kg

Both figures survive, and so does the reason. Nothing was edited; a sixth event was added on top of the fifth.

How a system of events works

Trace any outcome back to what caused itThe chain that produced a result is the data itself.

Every action is stored as an event, in sequence, so nothing has to be reconstructed. The audit trail comes free: nobody assembles it, it exists because of how the system stores what happens.

Nothing can be quietly changedAppend only. The original never disappears.

A correction is a new event on top of the old one, and both remain: what the record said before, who changed it, and when. A record that can be edited has to be taken on faith.

AI reads what happened, not what isEvents are what AI reads. Records are what AI guesses from.

A static record shows the current state and forces AI to infer the path that produced it; an event log hands it the sequence. AI readiness comes from the architecture, not a bolted-on feature.

Extends without a migrationNew processes sit on the history you already have.

Because the current state is derived rather than stored, a new site, a new process or a new report is a new way of reading events that already exist. Nothing has to be migrated and nothing recorded has to be recorded again. It is why the second system costs a fraction of the first.

This is also what gets handed over. When your own engineers build on Phlo, they build on this: a record of your operation that cannot be quietly rewritten, and a description of how it runs that already exists.

Enterprises that run on Phlo

Five enterprises run their operations on Phlo today.

Five live deployments across biomass power, textiles manufacturing, wealth management, engineering spares and private equity. Five different processes, one framework, and every one of them began the same way: a first build, mapped on site. More underway.
