This website, www.phlohub.com, is published by Jetbro Private Limited ("Jetbro", "we"). Phlo is a Jetbro product. Jetbro is the controller of the personal information described on this page.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the systems Jetbro builds and hosts for its clients, which are governed by the agreement with each client.

The website is a set of static pages. Reading it does not require you to give us anything.

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies and does not use your browser's local storage.
• No analytics or advertising trackers. There are no analytics scripts, advertising tags or tracking pixels on these pages.
• No forms and no accounts. The site has no enquiry form, no sign-up and no login.
• No third-party resources. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not send a request from your browser to another company.

Like any web server, the server that hosts this site may keep standard logs of the requests it receives. A log entry typically holds the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser's user agent.

These logs are used to keep the server running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

The "Talk to us" links open your own email application or WhatsApp with a short message already written. Nothing is sent until you send it.

If you write to us, we receive what you send: your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your company and your operation.

We use that information to reply to you and to scope an engagement.

Email and WhatsApp are operated by third parties. When you use them to reach us, your message also passes through your provider and ours, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how those services handle it.

This site also links to other websites, including Jetbro's own. Each has its own privacy policy, and this one does not apply there.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email coffee@jetbro.in from the address you used to contact us, or tell us which address or number you used.

If the website changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. This version is effective from 3 October 2026.
