Talk to us
Tell us what you want to own first.
No form and no demo to book. Write to us by email or WhatsApp. Tell us how the operation runs today and which capability you want to own first. We come back with the processes, the scope and the timeline for a first build.
Both open with a short message already written, with room for the three things below. Change it as you like.
What to tell us
Three things are enough to start.
You know your operation better than we do. A few lines on each of these lets us come back with something specific. Send whatever you have.
- 01
How does the operation run today?
What moves, who handles it, and where it is written down: a register, a spreadsheet, a group chat, a system you rent.
- 02
Which capability do you want to own first?
The process you would most like to control yourself: the one that waits on a vendor, depends on a workaround, or rests on one person remembering. One is enough to start.
- 03
Roughly how many people and sites?
A rough count of the people who would use the system and the sites it would cover. Say also whether you have engineers of your own who might build on the framework later. Estimates are fine.
What happens next
From your message to a system you own.
You write to us
By email or WhatsApp, in your own words. The three prompts on this page are a start, not a form to complete.
We talk about your operation
The first conversation is about how your operation runs and which capability you want to own first. It is not a demo. Every system is scoped and built with you, so there is no standard product to walk through.
We come back with a first build
The processes we would put on the system, the scope, and the timeline. Questions of cost and of terms, including the framework stage, are settled in this conversation and scoped to the engagement. That is why no price list is published.
If you go ahead, the first build starts
Stage 01, Phlo Enterprise Systems: six steps, beginning on your floor, with the specification agreed before any code is written. A first build takes two to five weeks, start to live.
After the first system, you choose
Stage 02, Phlo Framework: the framework becomes available to you. Your own engineers build the next system on it, or we carry on building for you. Both stay open.

Who you will talk to
People who build these systems.
Your message goes to Jetbro, the company that builds Phlo. The conversation is with people from the team that visits sites, maps processes and designs the systems.
They will ask how the work happens on your floor: who does what, in what order, and where it goes wrong. It helps to bring someone who runs the process day to day. If you have engineers of your own, bring one of them too: the second stage concerns them.
