About

Phlo is a Jetbro product.

Jetbro built Phlo to deliver operational software for enterprises. After a first build, the framework becomes available to the enterprise it was built for. This page says who Jetbro is, why it built a framework of its own, and how the two stages fit together.

The company

Jetbro builds systems that enterprises depend on.

Jetbro is a technology company. In its own words, it builds and integrates mission-critical systems for enterprises where reliability is not optional.

Its work covers systems integration, custom software, data, cloud and applied AI, delivered for clients in India, Europe and Australia. The company's own site says it loves boring, because boring works. A system earns its place by being stable and predictable, day after day.

Phlo comes out of that work. It belongs to Jetbro Private Limited, and it is the framework Jetbro built for enterprise operational software.

Why a framework

A services company that stopped starting from zero.

Jetbro builds custom software for a living. A custom operational system has always begun the same way: sign-in, roles and permissions, approval chains, an audit log, reporting. None of that is the client's operation. All of it has to exist before the client's operation can be put on top, and in a traditional build it is written again for every project.

Phlo is that work, written once. The event log, roles and permissions, approval chains and reporting are already written and running in production. Every client system is built on the same framework. Jetbro's own internal HR portal is built on it too.

With the foundations in place, the time goes where it should: on your floor, understanding how the operation runs. It is why a first build takes two to five weeks, where building used to take a year and an army.

Why we make it available

A framework kept by the vendor would leave the job half done.

Enterprises grow by bringing capabilities inside: suppliers, distribution, logistics, maintenance, finance. Each one came inside because control mattered more than convenience. The software that runs all of it is the capability that stayed outside, bought or rented.

If a framework stays with the firm that built it, the client waits on that firm for every system after the first. That is still rented software.

So the offer has two stages. In the first, Phlo Enterprise Systems, we build the first system with you. In the second, Phlo Framework, the framework becomes available to you: your own engineers and product people build the next system on it, or we carry on building for you. Both stay open. What the first build leaves behind is a written model of your operation, so the knowledge does not walk out when an engagement ends.

How the team works

People on your floor. AI in the build.

The team is people and AI, and the work is divided on purpose. Our AI compresses the development timeline while people understand your business and its exceptions, map your processes and design the solution.

People

On site, watching the operation run

We visit your facility and see how the work actually happens, not how the process document says it does. What we see becomes a process map: every workflow, handoff, role and exception.

People

Every decision that matters

Mapping, design and every product decision stay with people. The specification is agreed with you before a line of code is written: every screen, every action, every data field.

AI

Writing the code, inside guard rails

Our AI is trained on the framework itself, so it builds the way our engineers build. It writes the system to the agreed specification. It does not decide what the system should do.

Where Phlo runs

Systems built on Phlo.

Five enterprises run their operations on Phlo today. Each system has a case study that says how the work ran before and what is recorded now.

Get started

Every process in your operation, on one system.

Tell us how your operation runs today, and we will come back with what it takes to build it: the processes, the scope, and the timeline. Every system is scoped and built with you, so the first conversation is about your operation, not a demo.
